Shipping policy

 

We aim to pack and process your orders every week day. However please note that sometimes unforeseen circumstances do arise and may disrupt the process. 

If you require your order urgently or by a specific date, please get in contact through our email or message us on socials prior to making an online order and we will try to assist as best we can.

If you order during a sale period our turn around time may be slightly longer due to the volume of orders- please bare with us as we are working as quickly as possible to get your order sent out.

Shipping Rates:

Flat Rate delivery: $9.95

Rural delivery: 16.50

Local pick up: FREE

Tracking

We'll send you an email when your order has been dispatched with your tracking details so that you can follow your order’s journey. If you don’t receive an email to your inbox, kindly check your spam folder for tracking details.

Orders will be shipped using NZ Post. Once the parcel has been collected it is then up to the buyer to use the tracking number provided to locate their parcel if a problem occurs. This can be done by clicking the link within the email. 

Please ensure the delivery address and receivers name for your order is accurate and complete, as we are unable to change these details once your order has been placed. We will not take any responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you. 

The Mamahood Collective does not take responsibility for any lost/misplaced orders if you have given authority to leave or have ATL on the given address.
