Refund policy

Here at The Mamahood Collective we work with the highest of standards with all products we provide. As these are food items, we are unfortunately unable to offer returns. However if there is an issue with the product, we are happy to offer a refund under the following:

  • Any issues must be brought to our attention through the contact email below within 14 days of the Ready For Shipping Email.

  • Customers must provide photographic evidence of the product, its packaging that it arrived with and the date it arrived.

  • The items were not purchased on sale or promotion.

Damaged items

Purchasing products online through The Mamahood Collective, the buyer understands that any damages to the packages or lost packages during the shipping process are not at the fault of The Mamahood Collective and can not be held accountable.

Damaged Items 

Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To do so, please email us with photographic evidence and provide full details of condition to info@themamahoodcollective.com within 14 days of receiving your items
