REVIEW- I really enjoyed knowing I was boosting my food throughout the day to support my milk supply. I add this to my smoothies and porridge. I made some of the Triple Chocolate Cookies and put a couple of Tablespoons in and turned them into Lactation Cookies - they were so good.
